After a little while and working on options that worked for my situation, we were able to reach an acceptable solution to the problem and, at the end, we worked things out and (so far) a replacement was received and pending to be installed. Hopefuly, all defects will be fixed. Thanks again for your assistance and we'll stay in touch!!!
*Note that I'll reconsider this review once the company commits to an acceptable and reasonable resolution. As of today, the company has done nothing but to ignore my request and confirmed their unwillingness to resolve the issue or refund the amount paid without me incurring in additional/unexpected expenses.
Overall, AWFUL customer service....
Even though they have good parts and what appears to be good service, their customer service is a "joke". I ordered a part which looked acceptable once received, installed according to their instructions and videos and that is when the problems started. The part did not fit perfectly, and they recommended "tape it" which caused an air-gap between the part and the car when the heat came in. Now, they want me to "remove and return '' the part leaving the already open holes exposed to the weather which, as you all know, may cause additional issues.
Unfortunately, issue is being escalated as they are still in the same position, do not want to help, do not want to provide other installation options, and are just leaving me "stuck" with a defective part, without the correct installation process and expect me to accept an "in-store" credit which, as any of you may understand, is simply unacceptable, specially after this awful experience with their customer service agents (PS)...."
"Really unhappy with my experience. Mary M, the “manager” has been very unresponsive over the past 2 months and won’t return a single phone call.
I ordered a full roll of wrap back in November to wrap my car. The quality of the wrap was worse than I expected but I made the best of it and went ahead anyways. The material was not consistent in color, left adhesive lines, and tore extremely easily even in warm temperatures. I left a review on the product which Vicrez removed.
The full roll was not enough to wrap my 350z which was odd as I had used the same quantity to wrap my car in the past. Vicrez insisted I buy more material which I did. I even paid $65 extra to have the material sent overnight as I needed it for an event the following weekend. The wrap took 5 days to ship with “overnight” shipping.
When the material arrived, it was the wrong color.. I returned it and they still have not sent me the correct material. It is now January and my car is still not complete.
Definitely will not be ordering from Vicrez ever again. Am also recommending all my friends to never use their services. "

"Bought a body kit and rims from the company. Never installed the body kit but did use the rims.
Couldn’t even use the kit because it was missing clips and instructions. Contacted the company and they wanted pictures of the parts I got. So I sent them, they said that all the parts were there and sent a video link on how to install. Not helpful without all the parts.
So I decided to send he parts back to them. I followed the long list of writing the order number on the box. Writing the order number on a piece of paper and puting in the box, and paying ups 120.00 to ship it back… so you’d think I’d get my money back….
Think again!! They said it was incomplete. Well duh I’ve bee telling you that.. and then Mentioned the rims. I said I’m keeping those I want the 998.00 for the body kit. They again said it wasn’t complete. They refused to listen and this is also after waiting 2 weeks after I shipped it back to them.
So then they said we are charging you 15% restock fee and it’s in complete so I got 560.00 back minus what I had to pay to re turn an incomplete kit that I couldn’t use.
So I got
440.00 out of 998.00 back.
This company is a scam. And the parts are crap and I would t recommend them at all!!"
"First of all, everything I state in this review is from my personal experience with Vicrez, and my opinion of their Dodge Challenger Redeye Spoiler, as a paying customer. I purchased a Dodge Challenger Redeye Spoiler from Vicrez.com. When I unpackaged it, the spoiler had defects, rust, and paint chips/scratches. I returned this defective product and was charged a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping FOR A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM. Are they restocking this item to sell to another customer? In my opinion, Vicrez advertises this item as "OEM" quality, but it is literally junk. Don't waste your money nor time because they don't care about their customers, from my personal experience. This is what they emailed me when I complained about them charging me a restocking fee and for a return shipping label. "You requested a return shipping label and agreed to the 15% restock fee in exchange for the label sir. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Our returns policy and instructions were sent with information and links provided this as well". I never agreed to a restocking fee, nor paying for return shipping. I had to haggle with their Customer Service Representative just to get a return shipping label. Can you image buying something that cost several hundreds dollars or over one thousand dollars, and have the same experience as I have had with Vicrez trying to return it if you receive it defective or damaged? Ouch! At this point, I simply do not care about the money. I just hope potential customers will see my review and read about my experience. I have all the emails and pictures regarding my awful experience with Vicrez.
