"If you do not retain your receipt then no assistance for you. The seamless **** Culotte Classique is glued on the sides instead of stitching. The garment could be dried on low heat according to the label , however the glue could wear away unbeknownst to the buyer. Yes; you could just walk and become extremely embarrassed when your underwear falls off your body. A fine stitching would make them seamless too . Using glue is totally a foolhardy idea. How many people wasted their money on purchases? It should be a RECALL!!!!!"
"I placed an online order and was not aware that they use USPS for delivery. The date of delivery, I had a notice in my mailbox that it would not fit in my mailbox and it would be available for pickup after today’s date. Ummm I imagine that they are correct, it would not have fit in my mailbox. I contacted VS support and insisted that they have package returned to sender and issue refund, if they are not willing to use a more reliable package delivery service. They refunded me immediately, and I closed my VS credit card account. They’ve really gone downhill lately, very very sad. They are not what they once were."
"First I was a loyal customer for many, many years...
Very disappointing, ordered a GC online to be emailed to my partner (same day), went to order couple days later & could not find the GC # to enter, called customer service & never got a resolve, it took over an hour, I gave up, months later tried again, 3 hours later, no resolve, literally had all payment information, anything they wanted. Nothing like giving a gift that doesn't deliver. Anyway, I called again last week & it took over 7 hours to finally get a credit for the amount I purchased the GC for, never ever again will I shop with VS. Absolutely rude customer service, some just hung up, others had such a language barrier which was impossible to understand one another.
Store locations have declined as well, they've really become pathetic, it's a bother to actually ask questions & you can't smell anything before buying, make that make scene...pun intended. Why do you buy a scent without smelling a scent? Stupid.

I was rewarded by having my credit limit cut for a whopping 100.00. You can barely get 1 bra for that price. I will be paying them off and they can keep their card and their merchandise. "

"I ordered a yellow duster from VS and was sent the shirt off one of the employee’s backs. Sweat stained pits and coffee stained. When I called VS customer service I was placed on hold for over 1 hour. Had to try 2 more times to get ahold of someone and all they said was “so you received the wrong item. Send that item back and we can issue a refund.” They want me to send back an employees Chloe brand tank top?? In the middle of a global pandemic that see no issue of concern that their staff is sending out their own clothing.

"I have been a loyal Victoria Secret/ Pink customer for more than a decade and a Angle card holder since 2016. In July I made two payments one on the 1st for July and one on the 17th after the 8pm EST cut off for August. And today I was told by a supervisor that I made my monthly payment to "early" so it counted for July not August so he would not be reversing the late fee I recieved for August. Really??? Previouly I was told by a customer representative that a payment made after the cut off, then counted toward the next billing cycle but now I'm being told the billing cycle starts on the 21st. The supervisor I spoke with did not believe me and said, and I quote "even if that was really the case". Mind you I clearly had the money and July was already payed so why would I not have waited the 5 days to make the payment if I have actually been given the correct policy information? And what upsets me even more is that my account balance was 30 dollars so now I have unfairly been charged an additional 30 dollars because I was given the wrong information by a "trained" representative. "
"It has been 23 days since I placed an order VS with the new Worldwide Shipping service handled by ASENDIA and it has been an absolute nightmare.
When I finally got through to a VS chat agent, I was given excuse after excuse. Asendia provides no live tracking, not even VS agents can give you any live info.
Until VS changes shipping to a reputable DHL or FEDEX, avoid buying from overseas.

"So I've bought lingerie from the online Victoria's secret store. I knew my sizes and knew they would fit me. The products were gorgeous.
For some reason, they ship the merchandise from USA, which means you'll pay duty fees.
If you do not want to do that, get out of your house and buy what you need from stores. I was surprised by the amounts of 1* reviews the website received because of the fees.
I think the best part about shopping online is finding merchandise that is sold out in certain stores, and the speed at which you can find what you need. "

They do not refund taxes or duty fees so when you order and it doesn’t fit it, in my case, they sent the wrong colour, I ended up paying duty and taxes twice just to get what I asked for. They claim they tell you this up front - lies. I didn’t even know those amounts until after I purchased. I will NEVER buy online from them again. Cost me twice the amount for the product. I shop online from the states a lot and never have I experienced this. Badly done VS."
