Absolutely, when I ordered a Thinkpad screen on the web, but they called me back, said something wrong, if I still want it, I need to reorder it, then the sales man canceled my order, and made a phone order for me, some days later I got it. But, I found the port is too loose. When I was trying to return it, they said I must fill a form online, I can't mail the screen to them untill I get the confirmation from them. However, almost a year past, I still didnot get their confirmation. I don't have the online order, cause they changed it to a phone order. Very bad seller!!!!!"
