"The bags are beautiful and fit great. We could have went with the bags without the shock cutouts but decided to play it saf. You know, just in case. The only thing problem we had was that the brackets seem to have been made for the bags without the cutout for the shocks. We were not able to use the mounting brackets that were included. "

"I would've given a 5 star rating because these bags are awesome. But, the mounting hardware is a little disappointing. None of the bolts that it came with would fit at all, either too long or too wide. My advice if you were planning to get this brand of bags is 1. have someone help you (wrestling with them yourself can be frustrating) 2. visit a hardware store and find bolts that will work for you. By using my own bolts I was able to manage to keep my quick release sissybar hardware."

"Very bad customer service when you call in. The web site shows a bag with locks under the bag strap which is the ones I wanted to order. Called Viking bags to make sure I was getting that style of bag. I was informed they no longer make that style bag. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told it would take a week to deposit in my bank a week as come and gone still haven't recieved my money. Call Viking bags 3 times alway a rude person that answers the phone. Will never do business with Viking bags again. Jut refund my money! You also might want to remove that video shows that strap locking feature that you no longer offer."

"Horrible experience, I purchase the saddlebags on March 20 and they arrived quickly But that's where my good experience ends with them. The bags seemed sturdy but they were keyed different, so each bag needed a different key. The paint was cheap at best, It had "fish eyes" Or little dimples all over it. So I sent out on getting them exchanged after using their site to set up an exchange I got an email a day later telling me to do it again, so I just called and told them about wanting an exchange for the leather style. He gave me an email to send pictures to and after twould days I finally get the return slip to send them back. A week later they get my bags and two days after that I get a refund. Confused I called and explained I just wanted a refund. They said they would look into it, a week later still nothing in terms of contact from them.I wouldn't complain normally but to reorder it would cost me shipping, again, and the cost of the bags went up 30 dollars as well as the discount I was able to use.
After 2 weeks they finally replied back to me and they will refund me the difference."
