"My experience with Viking Bags was awesome! I did not realize that I needed a rear turn signal relocation kit when I ordered my saddle bags. Upon this discover, I contacted Viking Bags via live chat. Not only did I receive the discount on the kit I should have gotten with the saddle bag order, but the service rep ordered the kit for me. Now, how easy was that!

"I was a little frustrated by the length of time it took to get the product, it was on back order, but once it was available, it was a piece of cake, and the delivery was early. This will give me time to fit the bags before riding season. I will let you know how that goes. "
"The trunk arrived very quickly (5 stars) BUT one of the signal covers was broken and it appears the trunk was sold previously and someone tried to use adhesive to repair it (didn't work). I immediately got online and requested permission to return the item. The online chat guy asked for a phone number, email, etc, and if I wanted an exchange. I complied with the info and said sure, why not just exchange. Received a phone cal to call someone to get authorization, called back and was left on hold for 10-12 minutes and was then told no one could take my call. I sent an email requesting return authorization and to date have not received anything. During all this, I discovered the trunk in no way will fit a full face helmet - bad move, as that is why I purchased it in the first place. (1 star)"

"I purchased Saddle Bags and a Turn Signal Relocation Kit from Viking Bags. When I was looking around at various bags, I called Viking and they were very helpful on the phone. When I ordered the bagss, they were shipped very quickly and I received them in great condition. The Turn Signal Relocation kit did not fit my bike so I had to return it and they were very understandable. My only complaint is that the bolts they provided to attach the saddle bags did not fit my bike. They provided two sets of bolts - 8mm and 10mm, but the 8mm were too small and the 10mm were too thick. I had to go to the store and get 9mm. Otherwise, the bags look great and were easy enough to install."
"Viking bags is awesome! i bought a few sets of bags for my old ladys bike and myselfs. really sturdy and well made. they came with all the hardware that it needed to mount and even throwovers! i gave them a call when i was goingto install them and one of the reps took the time and walked me through the process step by step, really helpfull and was not rushing to be off the phones! "These are not a direct fit with the hardware they give you.
I had to spend another 30 dollars just for bolts and spacers.
For the size of the bag there not worth the price there asking.
Also the company does not fit the bags to the bike, or the bags would have fit without modification.
I installed the bags, anyway because I did not want to pay for return shipping and then get another set and find out they have the same fitment issues"
