I looked into your order and noticed that you placed your order on a Friday just after the shipping cut off time. Unfortunately carriers do not pick up on weekends. They only drop off on those days.
So your order was shipped out the very next business day which was the following Monday. From there it took four days to get to you. I hope the shipping time hasn't inconvenienced you too much.
As for the defects, they do happen occasionally which is why we have a return policy in place. We want you to be satisfied with our products. I will have some one reach out to you to explain how to go about getting a refund or exchange.

"This is my second purchase from Viking bags, my previous purchase was the Viking aero medium. A great product that I'm only replacing because the outside got scrapped up and I know it compromised the wet weather integrity. Because yes I have gotten caught with it in the rain several times and never have I had to deal with my contents being soaked.
Now, my new bag, the medium back rest sissy bar bag showed up as expected and is a solid looking product out of the box. The weather hear is freezing so I have not put it on my 2014 HD Low Rider yet, but after looking over the included instructions and the mounting straps I'm confident that it will go on easy, cinch up tight and ride like a champ for many years. I am very pleased with the entire set up
Which I purchased. I did try to replace
The bolts in my QDS kit but the locks would not stay locked, as you really need the hex head bolts. I highly recommend that the manufacturer start using a grade 8 or aircraft grade bolt. Everything looks great and works great and I would recommend Viking bags to anyone who wants saddlebags

"Had a difficult time getting a straight answer for bag fit for my 10 year old Harley. Because they waited two days to ship, I was out of town and had to reroute my package to a UPS pick up facility. Have not picked up or inspected the package yet, but I has been delivered on time. 4 stars for crappy online customer service (in my case) and the delay in shopping my order. Otherwise great price and selection."

I have hd- iron 883 and ordered a large size bag which after discount came out to about $200..I think the price is reasonable and the shipping costed $25 I haven't installed it yet on my motorcycle.. but the bags look great and I'll be able to tell how good it is after using it on my bike for a while.."
