"Both bags were defective out of the box, one where the lid attached had a broken rivet, the other bag where the lid attached had a rivet that pulled through the leather and the glue was still sticky and pulling apart, talk about bad quality control, plus the this was on a Friday and now they want me to send them pictures before they start the return process. You usually get one chance to make a good first impression, this has not been good, I will look for another brand and store. "
