"I ordered HP Multipurpose paper that does not jam in my HP ENVY 4500 printer. They sent me HP Multipurpose Ultra white that does jam in my printer. I ordered 10 of these and they want me to pay for shipping to return them. They also do not let me write a bad review. It says they will send the complaint to my email so I can review it. The complaint never comes to my email. I did this for 2 days and then sent an email to them stating that I could not write a bad review. No replies have been received."

"I will not shop at this store again. I ordered 2 clear floor mats to protect my hardwood floor from rolling office chairs. The mats came in unwrapped and unpacked. They were already scratched and damaged in transit. I contacted Viking to have them exchange another set, and they assured me that the new set will be packed. When those come in, also unwrapped and unpacked, they were in even worse condition thatn the one they had originally shipped me, these were cracked. I called in again, and the customer service agent assured me that someone from the resolution department will contact me within 3 hours. It has been over 2 days and still no calls from them."

"After an extensive search online for a very simply office item that seems ridiculously overpriced in most places, I found one at Viking that was well within reasonable cost.
I placed the order and I received it very promptly 4 days later. Problem was, the box, or rather the cardboard-wrapping, it came in was empty. The tape on one side was broken open, so it was obvious that the item had slipped out. It was very apparent how poorly it was packed. I called up their customer support and reported the problem, and without any problem they said they would ship out another one. To my surprise I received it the very next day, and they actually used a box this time.
Overall I think it's a good company that offers a very nice selection of office products. The customer support rep I spoke to was very friendly, and it made me completely forget about the rather stupid mistake on their part."

"Don't listen to that other review. This company is EXTREMELY great. They have super-cheap prices, like a dozen mechanical pencils (retailed at 15 bucks), for the price of one (2.86). Their shipping is also superior. It is OVERNIGHT or SAME DAY for the most part. I ordered at 9 AM at one time and I received it at 4 PM the same day. I was amazed!!! And the slowest shipping that they'll ever do is 2-day shipping, and that's only for items that are back ordered.
Their customer service is also VERY friendly, and they are extremely helpful [especially if there was something wrong with the shipping].

My problem:
The OVERVIEW:
Order was placed, they charged my credit card for the order... but order was not delivered and they will not respond to repeated demands by me for a refund and to cancel the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED!!!
The DETAILS:
On 11/3/2004, I placed order for 3 reams of injet paper and was supposed to receive a $80 DVD player as a promotional bonus. Their website claimed the order was delivered on 11/4/2004 and they charged my credit card on 11/8. I contacted their customer via e-mail to tell them the order was not received. They claimed they would answer my e-mail in 48 hours. 72+ hours later ... no response. I again complained that the order was not delivered.. nor did the delivery driver with their carrier (Velocity Express) leave a note that an attempt was made to deliver. A week later and no response, I sent them a "nasty gram" threating them with formal compalints with the BBB, Fed Trade Comm, and more... and told them to cancel my order and reverse the charges to my credit card. I then received a response that they needed my order number to put yet another trace on the order. 2-3 days later.. no response.. I complained again.. they said they were sending out another order and were "paper" invoicing me on that order. I got the follow-up order on 11/18... with the bill for the amount due on the 2nd delivery .. but no $80 promotional DVD player. They said I would get credit on my 1st order when they received the items back from the carrier. I sent them notice that the driver said they sent back the 1st order to them and gave the Viking customer service the phone number to call to confirm the return of the 1st order. It is 11/24/04... they sent a cheap A$$ CD player since the DVD player had long since been out of stock. They still refuse to answer my demand (5 or 6 times so far) for a refund on the 1st order and I still owe them on the 2nd order.
