"Minnesota Vikings Locker Room, aka shop.vikings.com, aka vikingsfanshop.com, couldn't deliver as promised. We purchased a jersey and were charged at the time of order. Their site indicated orders made my a certain date would be delivered by Christmas, and we were within that window. They never provided any order status updates, so we had to keep trying to reach out to customer service. Customer service was scarcely available, or difficult to reach as we approached the holidays. When we could get through to customer support, we were told our order had to go to production and we would need to continue to wait for our order but they would expedite the shipping. They estimated the ETA at 4-6 weeks from when we placed our order, which was late, but we would continue to wait as we should receive it by my son's birthday. When we followed up with them again 2 months after the original order, we were told that they had oversold their stock, and they would have to cancel our order. I have no confidence that they would have refunded our money, nor fulfilled our order, had we not continued to contact them. This has been a horrible experience. We had to turn around and order from the NFLshop instead. NFLshop delivered as expected, but too late both Christmas and my son's birthday thanks to the lost time and poor service from Minnesota Vikings Locker Room. "
