"I ordered windshield wiper parts on Dec 5. I have not yet received them."
"I ordered two wiper inserts on December 1st. Village Cadillac-Toyota (VTC) billed the order on December 3rd. I checked shipping status by phone on December 6th and was told that the parts manager was off until December 9th, but had dropped off a bunch of orders at USPS on December 5th. However, I didn't received a shipping confirmation email from VCT until December 9th. As I write this review, in the late afternoon on December 10th, USPS still did not have the package. My impression so far is that VTC's order fulfillment and communications are run like the Keystone Cops on steroids.
One additional note; it's not a good idea to ping a customer for feedback seven days after an order was placed - if you can't even get the order to USPS in that seven day window. The result is going to be negative reviews like this one. Perhaps if VTC had waited to ping me for a review after confirming that I had received my order, my review would not be quite as harsh. As it is, I don't have my parts and I don't know if they will be correct and/or undamaged."
