"When checking out, it asks if I would like to mail the product to an address other than the billing address. If you say yes, it lets you enter the credit card info and then fails saying credit card declined. After I called your phone number I found out that it was failing due to the address being different!!! It should have told me on website, and not let me put in another address!"
