"Ordered a Dovo straight razor that was to be hand honed prior to shipping. The razor arrived with factory seal in tact and I am unable to shave with the razor in it's current condition.

My first email to the company was not responded to. My second email I was told that the factory seal was not in tact even though I could not see it. (It holds the case closed so if it had been cut the case would have opened prior to my cutting it)

Then I was told that it is my technique because if their honemeister could shave with it there is no reason I should not be able to. As if the person performing the honing shaves with every razor honed.

Lost any future business from me. However shipping was fast, prices were good. My complaints are the lack of the razor being hand honed as stated and the tone of the reply I received after contacting them two times."
