Terrible customer service

"I never write reviews, but I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company and if I could give them zero stars, I would. The original ordering experience was okay, but when I had a concern about my order and contacted the company to discuss it with them, Howard Demick, the CEO, responded to each of my polite and carefully-worded emails with snarky and passive-aggressive notes sent from his iPhone. He wasn't content with just commenting on issues related to the product, but extended his rants to my person, character, and profession. I've never been treated with such disrespect. I would recommend getting your doors from a different company.

I wish I had checked the reviews of this company on the Better Business Bureau before placing an order--there are other customers who have had similarly unpleasant experiences with Howard Demick.
