"Products are OK, but the shipping prices and customer service are terrible. Maybe it's because it's a French company and they don't want to deal with US customers. I paid $420 in shipping charges to ship a box of 15 lb to the US - they didn't even use an expedited delivery service. My requests for tracking information and help in finding the delayed shipment were not answered promptly. Definitely not for the faint of heart."
