I have been waiting over 2 MONTHS NOW for my hid kit. I had to email them to receive a confirmation. After I sent an email, they said that there has been a technical difficulty with the shipping. Seriously, I received that email 3 times!
Then they finally send me a shipping number that has an RA number in front of it, that product isn't even listed under USPS.
I went through paypal to open a dispute, and still nothing is happening. Sent an email to the supplier at virtual village, NO RESPONSE!
Looks like I lost $100 bucks."

They told me to keep the wrong gloves (which is fine with me :D ) and sent me the correct pair right away.. "I ordered a Tecsun AM Loop Antenna (AN-200) from Virtual Village. About a month later I received the antenna; however, the antenna came in a crushed box and no operational instructions. Fortunately, the antenna was not damaged in any way because of careful padding on the box's exterior. A lot can happen between China and the U.S.
An area of concern might be that Virtual Village doesn't contact the buyer when the item has shipped. After a couple of weeks I contacted Customer Support and received a prompt answer that the antenna had shipped.
The price was right and the antenna works very well."

I ordered a product and paid $20 some dollars for expected 3-5 day delivery. I ordered the product on day 1, they process my payment on day 3 and then shipped the product on day 4 with expected delivery in 5 days (Total of 7 business days. When asked about this they refused to refund my expedited shipping charges and said the 5 days started from the day they processed my payment! I won't be using this seller again."
