"TRYING TO CONTACT REGARDING A RETURN OF SOME SHOES. ONLY RECEIVE ANSWERS FROM A ROBOT INSTEAD OF HUMAN RESPONSE AS THEY WOULD LIKE YOU TO THINK. THEY WERE REALLY QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY FOR MY PURCHASE, BUT ARE MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE (SO FAR) TO ARRANGE MY RETURN. ALSO, I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN ORDER TO MAKE CONTACT TO THE COMPANY. ALSO, I WILL NOT PAY THE COMPANY TO RESOLVE MY RETURN FOR ME."

"My complaint is regarding the Virtual Exchange return policy. I bought a pair of boots through Amazon, and returned them to Virtual Exchange as instructed. I received an email explaining what appeared to be the return policy, but now I know that it excluded an important part re timing of the return. It also stated that I would receive a second email detailing the updated tracking for the exchanged merchandise which I received but did not read all the way through. I figured I only needed to read if the package got lost. I searched their site but couldn't find anything worth purchasing so I decided to look again later.
When I attempted to use my $75 credit today I searched my emails and found the second email re: tracking first. That email stated that the credit was good only for 90 days, so I missed using my $75 credit by 2 weeks. I will never puchase from Virtual Exchanges again. First, because there is not much to chose from, and second I feel they purposefully hid the 90 day policy.

""STAY AWAY!!!! They sell FAKE/COUNTERFEIT boots and then expect the buyer to return at their expense. Their customer service is severely lacking. My only recourse was to dispute the charge. Save your time and money and don't shop here, they are not authorized sellers and probably buy their items off the back of a truck!""
