"We had a terrible experience with Virtual Graffiti, as we were in the market for a Sonic Wall replacement and got a formal quote from their Account Manager P.S. When we got back to them two weeks later, they attempted to charge us $4,600 instead of originally quoted $3,700. When I brought up the discrepancy, they stated that a promotion expired, in the mean time, and were completely unapologetic about it. When I pointed out that I had a valid quote that would not expire for another two weeks, they basically said that I was out of luck. Sonic Wall said that they could not sell to me directly, but that Virtual Graffiti should be able to find me a unit in the market. They wouldn't. I called another company and they were able to give me the promotional price a week after it expired, and had the firewall drop-shipped to me directly from Sonic Wall. Will never try to shop again at Virtual Graffiti, and wouldn't recommend that anyone else does, despite their temptingly low prices."

"Ordered a Sophos SG210 UTM that was fulfilled by Virtual Graffiti. I did receive the appliance quickly but I have never had such a huge problem getting licensing information. I ordered a year of service subscriptions and support. It has been a week and numerous phone calls to Sophos and Virtual Graffiti and still no licensing. Virtual Graffiti keeps telling me that there should be licensing information in the box but it was not there. Sophos keeps telling me that I need to contact my reseller because they have no record of me ordering any licensing. I have about 18 days before my temp licensing expires and then dead in the water. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am questioning my purchase decision."
