I find your reply hilarious because you portray a completely different demeanor when you are writing a public comment compared to when you are talking one on one on the phone to the customer where no one can hear you. Your explanation is completely senseless and irrational since you obviously didn't read the part where I said I was NOT INFORMED OF SOME VERY PERTINENT PIECES OF INFORMATION ABOUT OBTAINING A CHINESE VISA, SUCH AS A 3 DAY LONG HOLIDAY WHERE THE EMBASSY IS CLOSED OR HAVING MY OLD PASSPORT READY WITH THE INITIAL SHIPMENT. I WAS ALSO ON VACATION WHEN HOLLY CALLED ME TO REQUEST MY OLD PASSPORT. I rushed home the next day to send it out. If your company had not been careless about requesting all the necessary documents, MY VACATION WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN RUINED AND CUT SHORT.
This is also the craziest statement I've ever heard. "We are the visa experts and we can answer any question you may have." You can say this to someone else if you'd like but to me this is so bogus I might as well be in outer space floating on Mars. YES YOU ANSWERED SOME OF MY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD BUT NONE OF THE ANSWERS WERE ACCURATE. TELLING SOMEONE THEIR VISA WILL COME A CERTAIN DATE AND THEN HAVING IT ARRIVE 3 DAYS LATER WITHOUT EVER INFORMING THEM WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE (ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE AWARE THAT MY FLIGHT LEAVES BEFORE THE VISA CAN ARRIVE) DOES NOT SOUND LIKE "EXPERT" ADVICE TO ME. I'd say it's common sense to keep customers in the loop about when their passport will arrive if they actually have to change their flight due to the lateness AND reschedule important events and responsibilities on the opposite side of the globe....
If you request to speak with the "manager" of the company or "CEO," you will never get any info about him/her. For some reason, they refuse to even give you the CEO's first name. They will make sure that you are never able to speak with him/her.
PS. Has anyone noticed that there is no sincere empathy expressed here...but instead Olga is fiercely trying to protect and rationalize the reputation of this company. I probably can't blame Olga though; I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say it's most likely the mediocre training she received from people who work at Visa Passport Pro. STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE SMOOTHER AND EASIER!!!!! Even though there's a tiny chance everything COULD go well, do you want to risk it by going ahead and being on pins and needles everyday wondering what the hell is going on with your passport?! I SAY NO!!!!!!!!!"
