"I still have not received my order
I placed my order, #100007522 on December 1st. When is it going to be here!?
I really like this product but, your shipping times for the shipping cost I pay is making me think that perhaps I should start looking for another product, from a company who can ship within a reasonable time from the date ordered.

"i ended up with two orders on the same day & had two different ID #'s. I called Visalus & we figured out when I first ordered I had ordered under an in dependent rep. I treid cancellling that oder but did not have a name or cust. ID intil both orders arrived. have cancelled the cust. ID given to me as #3015648. I have kept my rep. number from last year & will be ordering directly from Visalus from now on. I have kept both orders as they are paid & it would cost me more to send them back. So I have a stock built up for this summer."
