"The computer is OK. The price was pretty high for what we received. The technical support is absolutely awful. It might be one step better than calling Dell or Microsoft but not any better than calling the phone company. The phone company makes you wait and wait but after an hour you get someone who helps you. With Vision you get somebody right away that can't do anything to help. Their answer has always been let's go back and restore the system to an earlier restore point. Then I have to download a years worth or Windows Updates to just have the same problem. (Which Microsoft says is because they messed up installing the OS) The biggest upside is they install a lot less bloatware than Dell, HP etc."

WISH I had done this LONG AGO. I build my own websites and do my own photos and editing. This is perfect! With managed service, there is never a hiccup, never an interruption, NO CRASHES. Price was not an issue, as I felt I needed the top products to stay competitive. Jeremy also cleaned out all viruses and malware from off my old computer, and 'cloned' the data that I still needed, per my request. I would recommend both Vision Computers and Jeremy to anybody, particularly if you're a layman like me.
