"I looked for a long time to replace a system I had owned for eight years. I did not want to settle, but I did not want to go massively in debt either. I chose Vision. It seemed I could get more bang for my buck. So far there have been no major surprises. There is always some awkwardness when setting up a more advanced system. What I find pleasing is that all components are working as designed. The speed of the processing is incredible. I have not had to complain about my PC yet, so I am unsure of the customer service, but so far any questions I have had have been answered to my satisfaction. I am recomending my friends to Vision Computers for their next system purchase."

"I am the IT manager for my company. We are currently a Dell shop. On December 22, 2011 my of my computer techs sent an email to Dell for a computer order quote. Two weeks later, still no quote from Dell. So I followed up that email with Dell asking for the status of the quote. Never heard anything. So I tried to get a quote from them. On January 25, 2012, I decided to check with my higher ups if we were stuck with Dell or if we could go with another company. I was given the go ahead to try a new company. Since I have heard Neil Boortz endorsing Vision Computers, I figured I would at least call and talk to them. I called and the phone was answered on the second ring. I spoke with Jeremy and he was super nice. I explained what it was I was looking for and he had me quote 5 minutes after we got off the phone. I sent the quote to our purchasing department and they got the computers ordered. Now, being used to dealing with Dell, I was not at all prepared for how fast we got our computers. Two days after the order was placed, we had our two new computers. They work as advertised and we will definitely be ordering all new desktops from Vision Computers in the foreseeable future.
