"I am 68 years old and I have been using computers from the days of the 'Commodore 64'in 1982. I have bought various other manufacturers computers over the years direct either from them or through retailers. I have had hard drives and motherboard failures. Some companies replaced parts without question and others procrastinated. I have dealt with varying degrees of Technical Support services one or two good ones, some mediocre, some downright discourteous and the rest terrible or virtually non-existent (i.e.) located in foreign countries).

When my last computer died on me, I was frustrated and didn't know where to go, then I heard Neil Boortz recommend 'Vision Computers', i.e., "15 second delay for Technical Support", that caught my attention. So I after being carefully run through all the options to meet my requirements by one of your sales staff, (Adam)I finally purchased an i5 model with all the accompanying accessories.

The computer arrived and it worked like a dream. There were just a couple of times when I had to call Technical support for advice on using the software. Every time, almost immediately, there would be a friendly, helpful voice on the other end that would patiently help me to navigate my way through the software or take over the computer remotely and update the operating system software.

There was also at one time a replacement of the video board undertaken.

Finally this year the computer started crashing and I went straight to the phone and sure enough, somebody picked up the phone right away. I shipped the computer back to you again and I believe that the mother board was replaced and I have not had one problem since.

I am so glad that I made the decision based upon Neil Boortz's recommendation; I have never in all my experience of being a computer user ever had such prompt, friendly and courteous service as well as hassle free.

You have got me as a customer for life, just for the peace of mind of knowing that should a problem arise, it will get dealt with promptly and courteously. The three Technical Support reps who I was in contact with were Raymond, Andy and Jessie. All three were superb and are a credit to your company.
