"Ordered from a website called military-outfitters.com and was charged for product the SAME DAY. After 10 days no product or tracking emails so I sent an email. 14 days have gone by, no response. The charge on my statement says vision-strike-wear... I googled and found that they’re on fcbk & Amazon as Vision-Wear, but website says Military-Outfitters, probably changed their name after too many bad reviews, so they can keep the scam going. Its disgusting that they target military. There should be some verification that vendors must go thru to put military or police, etc in their name. Dont EVER trust a company that charges before they ship. All retailers, Walmart, Amazon, etc will NOT charge until the item ships. Be sure to read the shipping policy or call and ask BEFORE entering payment info! Lesson learned. "
"After several unanswered phone calls and emails for an item I ordered but never received, I had to get my state's consumer protection agency involved to finally get a refund six months after the order was placed. I will never do business with them again and I do not recommend them to others.

"Had a great experience with this company. Their shirts were USA Made and USA Printed. THey were responsive to my emails and questions and produced the order in a very reasonable amount of time. The printing was exceptional. "
"Sorry I didn't see these reviews first before sending off an order. I ordered 14 coins from this company, at over $250, and I only received one coin. I thought the best of the company at first, and sent a message advising that I had a concern that my order wasn't complete. Days went by and no response. Sent a couple more messages, and received no response. I started doing some research on reviews and complaints, and I landed here. All the reviews were exactly what I was experiencing. I could not believe that this company still exists. What I definitely knew was that they sell their products on Amazon, and I made sure that I placed a review on that site to hopefully prevent any future scams.
What bothered me were the responses that the USPS was at fault for any missing items. That's when I knew that this company wasn't going to honor their commitment. I contacted my credit card company and placed a dispute for charges. I was immediately credited for my loss, and that was that. But I know there are many people that would just take the loss and let this company keep the money for services not rendered. I think that is very sad, because many of them are probably vets or emergency service personnel that are looking for a great company to work with.
If you have the time to take my money, and have the time to mail one coin out of 14, then you have time to answer my concerns. Based on the reviews that I am reading today, it is clear that this company is good at scamming their customers out of their money, with the hopes that they will do nothing about it."

The So Called Customer service was Beyond horrible When they actually decided to reply that is .Laundry list of BS excuses as well PLEASE folks Stay away Their Designs LOOK nice Dont be fooled ! We can't warn folks Enough about this place.They cost themselves a large order of 40 Hoodies with their Designs on them As well as 40 Tee Shirts with designed on Front and Back"

"I placed an order with Vision Strike back in May of 2018 for 100 coins. I paid the money upfront so they could start the production of the coin. Months went by without our order being delivered so I contacted Todd. He told me they had a problem with their factory in China that handles the production but that the coins should be sent to me within two months. FOUR months later and I still have not received my coins. Todd said they'd refund me my money and another month went by and he still hadn't. I filed a complaint with the BBB on them and apparently they have a long history of robbing veterans and military units in Afghanistan and Iraq as well. Taking people's money to make the coins and then stiffing them when it came time to deliver the product. I'd advise you to stay away from these guys, they are scam artist of the worse kind. "

The coins which were for a upcoming reunion were deljcered on time and the shirt i ordered which had custom text i was very happy with. I did have a queation about the text. When i sent in my order i provided them with a typo which they caught and updated. Very pleased with the aervice and quLity of product."

The retailer will not reply to Paypal correspondence either and when the balance of your payment is returned to you following the 30 day resolution period, Asset Collection Inc of Portland, OR will demand payment from you. If you do fall victim to this retailer ensure you contact the Better Business Bureau and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. Active duty and veterans ensure that you report the complaint as an activity targeting veterans and contact your local AFOSI, CID, or NCIS to ensure that you protect service men and women from this retailer."
"Ordered 2 coins from this online retailer back in late 2014. Waited several months to receive coins and in mid 2015 still had not received the coins which I was charged for immediately after placing the order. When I attempted to inquire about the status of my order, my emails were ignored. Then when I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, I finally received a threatening email from someone, (whom I do not remember his name unfortunately) and even started to receive harassing text messages and phone calls from this individual! Simply because I wanted my money back for a product I paid for and never received. There is a reason why this so called business has a D- on the bbb. STAY CLEAR! This website is a fraud and they are crooks. I am a veteran of the armed forces and these people should be ashamed to call themselves veterans. "
"I ordered a shirt from this dealer in early December intending to give it as a Christmas gift. Later, the vendor offered numerous excuses as to why I would not receive the item until after Christmas. Then he notified me that my order had been sent to the wrong address and that the package that would be arriving here actually was intended for another customer. When the package finally arrived, I did not open it, so I don't know what was actually in it.
All communications to this point were via email. The dealer demanded that I send the package I had received to a third party address. The dealer was very rude and tried to become intimidating. I told him I was not intimidated by his lousy attitude, and he forwarded more threats from somebody in Oregon DBA Devil Dog Shirts. I told him I was not making a special trip to a post office just because he was too incompetent to conduct his business in a professional manner, and he claimed he was going to charge me for collections plus a $100 administrative fee. I told him my administrative fee for dealing with scammers was $250 plus expenses and to subtract what he claimed I owed him from what he owed me. He claimed he had sent me mailing labels via email, and I told him I did not download or open email attachments. Finally, a mailing label arrived by USPS and I sent the package on. I had already paid for the merchandise I ordered.
Also, I was very disappointed with the low quality of the merchandise.
This morning I received and email from Joseph Mancini at Asset Collections Inc in Beaverton Oregon demanding payment of $250.13 for an item that arrived very late and that had an original cost of $33.95. I am also apparently starting to receive harassing phone calls."
