"Sent my Strobe 100 scanner in after calling support because it was skewing pages and stretching text. Waited a month with no word. Called them, they said they never received the scanner. Gave them the UPS tracking number, they said they'd check it out and call me back. After a week with no call, I called, told them that I had tracked it and there was a signature at the address they provided. Said they would have someone call me in the next hour or so. They didn't.
Update: While they didn't call, in a few days, I did receive a replacement scanner. So they took action instead. That's good, and it works much better than the last one.
Mistakes happen, but their returns department should be more careful. They had signed for it."
