"Ordered a radiator for my suburban on 03/20/17. Received email saying would be shipped within a couple of days. It is now 04/04/17 and no radiator. I have tried emailing them with no response, have called their business during business hours and get a voice mail saying they are closed to call during normal business hours. Their website is down and have no way now to get my money back. Which they took out of my bank account 2 days after ordering. I am calling the BBB Today to report them. Worst place ever to do business with. "

"I ordered a radiator for my Chevy Suburban. I saw this was the best price. So i checked it over and looked at other sites a couple of times to compare. So i ordered it. I got new radiator and it was not same size as the one i took out. So i was thinking (what the F#$). So i thought i would go online to confirm what i ordered and what was on the invoice. Well there web site is down. then i though maybe i will give them a call well it when to voice mail. I looked at some of the review at reseller ratings and saw review from a person about two days ago. Same problem !! wrong item and site was down. I will try to call during there business hours !!!!"

"Got the new radiator from Vista auto parts today for my 88 F-150. Took it out of the box and it looked good. Had 2 little small dings in it but that may had been from shipping. Just finished installing it. Did a pressure test and drove it and everything is great!!! I'm very satisfied with the quality and the price was great.. 80 dollars less then other places I've checked and took only a week to ship the same as if I went somewhere else. So I give them 5 stars and Idk the reasons why people gave them bad reviews but here's a good one.."

"Order a radiator, made the mistake of ordering fast and by the picture after pulling up the year make and model of the vehicle I was repairing, received the wrong radiator. Looked nothing like the picture! Then when I simply asked if I could return it and they could send me the right part for the vehicle they stated that it was my fault that I ordered the wrong part and that all they could offer was a refund because they do not have the radiator for my vehicle. However, I reviewed the site a little closer and it shows they have it in stock so I tried to call them. The recording states that they are currently closed and that their operating hours are Monday - Friday 8 - 5 PST, checked the time it was 1:00 p.m. CST so 10:00 a.m. PST. They emailed me and told me that they do not have a working phone anymore. How can you operate a business without a phone. I am just so beside myself on how a business can operate this way. "

"Got my radiator today. Came good condition thru mail. but Radiator leaks around the cap and leaks around top of radiator. Not happy at all. Curious if you guys even Seal Test them in water before they are shipped?

"First, I should have smelled a rat when they still have phone recordings, but admitted thru email the phones no longer work. All business is done thru emails. I was in desperate need of a radiator for my Jag. I was never asked if it was an automatic or manual. Being a lady I didn't know and was never asked. They were very accomodating thru email when I placed the order. When the shipment arrived, the box was damaged. When the mechanic took it out of the box, not only was it damaged, but it was not the correct radiator. I tried filing a claim with FedEx, but received a message that the shipper has an arrangement with them about damaged items. What kind of arrangements would this be and why would FedEx make such an agreement? A damaged item is damged and the buyer should be compensated. I can't get anyone to answer my emails now. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SELL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WILL GET TAKEN. There are too many reputable online companies on the web that operate in a proper business manner."
"Ordered a radiator for my old ford pickup, just got it in today, and didn't even get it halfway out of the box, and found a broken piece on it, and multiple holes in the box it was shipped in as well. To top it all off, I have called 4 times so far, and no one has answered. Also sent an email and no reply yet either. If I could give no stars I would. I'm a first time buyer off this website, and also a last time buyer. They won't answer the phone to fix the problem, but they sure charged the card for the amount in full.
