For the same quality I could have used Avery label and my own printer, what a waste of money, I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

$20.00 for $3.00 worth of printing I will never use them again the cost is too high and the quality is no better then using my home printer.

"I ordered business cards and stickers from Vistaprint. The order arrived on time and the quality was excellent. As well the price was very reasonable. I had been making my own business cards on my printer but the quality was not good and the cost of ordering from VistaPrint was only slightly more than making the cards myself. I was pleased because I had read many poor reviews of VistaPrint but decided to give them a try anyway because of their low prices.

"I use vista print primarily for web hosting and am fairly satisfied with the web hosting portion of it for the most part. However, I did order some business cards and even though they did turn out quite nice they wound up costing me much more than free. They use (in my opinion) deceptive tactics, as you have probably read by now. The slightest customizations that you desire wind up robbing you blind. When I made the business cards I ordered 250. Throughout the lengthy process they ask you to upgrade many things. Such as, would you like back side printing? Would you like full color back side printing? Would you like heavier paper stock for an added fee? Would you like ultra glossy premium cards for an extra fee? By the time it was all said and done I suckered myself (with their help) into turning my free business cards into an almost $50.00 sale. Needless to say, now I make my own cards at home and avoid vista prints services altogether aside from the web hosting. If you do choose to have Vista print web host, be ready to receive an arsonal of prompts for site perks such as site adviser, local listings, premium site upgrades, blogs, etc. I wound up paying for a blog that I never signed up for. I run a mobile detailing business and have absolutely 0 need to have a blog. As far as site adviser is concerned, it seems like it would be a great thing until you realize that it's entirely useless. It seems 25% of my web hits are from foreign countries (I operate in Northern , IL). I don't care to see who looks at my site and where. Customer service has always been helpful and timely though and never argue you into keeping a service you wish to cancel, which is more than what I can say for other companies. "

"Don't use Vista print for your important printing.

I ordered 4 business cards for my small business company.

They ALL came out terrible. Much darker colors, fonts are not readable. The worst thing is that white rectangle part (2.5" x 3/4") appeared in the backdrop, and ruined the entire design. Vista print said it was our designer's fault that some of hidden layers came up front on the PDF. It looked perfect on the webpage, though. I sent the same PDF to the local printer, and there was no problem.

Remember, Vistaprint did not even check what they are sending to us.

They just put into machine, label it and ship it.They just blamed our designer. No quality control & poor customer service. Spend a bit more and go to the local printer that you can trust.

Vistaprint is cheap, and so are their jobs."

"Do NOT use VistaPrint! I ordered some business cards. Then found out 6 months later that they have been charging me $19.97/month for a website that I did not even make. When I called to cancel it, they tried to look up my account information by my email address, but there was no account associated with it. He had to use my credit card number to find the charge to cancel it. He told me the account was associated with another email that I never created. Can you say SCAM! You have been warned. Do not use Vista Print."

"Don't expect ordering your business cards to be fast and painless. Theya re worse than GoDaddy in trying to cross-sell you crap for 15 minutes before you can finally pay.

Very deceptive. THey get you working your design / info quickly and easily, but once you have invested the time in your design and putting your info they have their hooks in and try to sell you everything and the kitchen sink. My 'free' simple black and white cards for 500 quantity eneded up being $29.

This will be the last time I use the scammers."

"I was quite pleased with VistaPrint until recently. Had been ordering business cards, flyers etc. from them for my business. While logged in and completing an order I decided to look at their website builder page, only looking not ordering. Was completely unaware that since December 2011 they had been charging my credit card £7.12 each month. Only took a quick look the page and saw they were too expensive. Didn't pick any design or agree to purchase anything. When I rang them they said i must have purchased it by accident! What nonsense. You know when you buy something. My own fault for not keeping a closer eye on my credit card but lesson learned. Would never use or trust this company again. "

"Unlike many of the other reviews on this website, I had a great experience with vistaprint!! I ordered 200 graduation invites (with 4 photos), 250 personalized envelopes, and 240 personalized envelope seals. I placed my order on May 2nd and received them today (May 10th) and everything was perfect!! Will definitely do business with this company in the future!! "
