"Stay away from Vistaprint, all of their claims are bogus! You don't get "FREE" anything (no matter what their advertising says)... but I went ahead and ordered from them anyway because they were the only company I could find who would guarantee fast delivery of my Christmas Cards and other items. I paid a rediculous $56.00AUD for their "Rush" shipping (a promise of delivery within 3 days). When my order didn't arrive on the 4th day I called their Customer Service center (on the other side of the world!) and was told they sent my order by standard post!! Unbelieveable! How can you make a guarantee on delivery if you just send your parcels via standard post??!! I still don't have my order after 7 days and it can't be traced so I've no idea when (or if!) it will arrive. Today is the 19th Dec... I'd say I've got NO hope of receiving the cards, writing on and addressing the cards, and getting them in the post and delivered to everyone before Christmas.
Bah bloody humbug Vistaprint!
Oh, and good luck getting your email address removed from their mailing list. It doesn't matter how many times you unsubscribe or speak to their customer service people, the spam just keeps on coming and is bloody relentless!!"
"Massive scammers. Charge huge premium for 3 day shipping and then only send part of the order so its useless. Not interested in addressing the issue and Xmas cards are useless without matching envelopes which have still not arrived. WIll never be using again and definitely not recommended."
"I used vistaprint three times. The first two orders went well. The last order took weeks to deliver. They have decided to charge an arm and a leg for shipping and will hold your order until the last possible day you pay for. They no longer even try to get it to you in a timely manner unless you have paid for it. All their customer service reps are in Jamaica and beyond and they only have a certain premade answer to any question. If the reps don't like you they get mean! There are so many other places to get printing services that are so much better. Go to them. Stay away from Vistaprint."
"Vistaprint sucks...I ordered a number of items (almost $200 worth), to find out that when my packaged arrived it was missing many items...
Not to mention that the quality of most of the items I received were sub par...never again...I'll do all my printing locally..."
"Ordered 250 business cards, and two custom stamps, arrived in 7 days in perfect shape, no mistakes. I was impressed considering the reviews, but I'm guessing more disgruntled customers write reviews than do satisfied customers."
"Ordered three sets of business cards for my business. The old saying "you get what you pay for" always applies, so I'm not extremely disappointed with the results, but hopefully next time I'll be able to afford to pay more money for cards.
I took advantage of an offer they sent in the mail and got each set of cards printed in color (black only in the back) for $17, I opted for free shipping, and they said it'll take up to 21 days, when in fact I got everything in a week.
The quality is not that great, paper is good (100lb premium) but the size of the cards is smaller than the ones I printed at home (Avery 28878). Also the edges in some of them are rough, you can tell where the blade didn't do a good clean cut. My inkjet printer at home did a better job with ink saturation, coming out a darker black and more vibrant colors. I missed having different options during ordering, like rounded edges, UV filter, etc.
I will not recommend Vistaprint for business use, unless you need something really basic, but it's a good option for home use. I will probably order my own personal cards from them as they don't need to be high quality, and for the price you can't go wrong.
In short, not bad basic business cards for an unbeatable price -with discount coupon, of course-."
"I ordered a business email address several months ago from Vistaprint. The email address have never worked correctly and I have been constantly fobbed off by their alleged customer support!! Very poor service from a very poor company"
"If you read their terms and conditions it states that by agreeing to purchase anything you are subject to the laws of the Netherlands and if you want to take legal action it has to be done through the courts of the Netherlands. It also states that by sending feedback you are agreeing that your information is from then on free for them to use as they see fit. I quote:
"By submitting any such information to Vistaprint, you agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all of your right, title and interest in the information, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights."
The shipping is ridiculously priced AND timed - £3.08 for 21 day shipping? It does not take that long to print the goods, therefore they are deliberately holding back your goods to entice you into paying for faster shipping - ~£5 for 14 days, ~£8 for 7 days or ~£10 for 'Premium' 3 day shipping. You have to pay extra for your goods to be printed on properly quality materials. Also, any prices you see DO NOT include VAT, which will be added onto both the cost of your goods and shipping at checkout. I have also seen all over that by clicking that you are interested in other goods during the checkout stage signs you up to be charged £9.95 a month WITHOUT you having to agree to anything."
"Watch out the add VAT to all their prices and if you click to be intrested in promotional offers, they just take you money without reviewing the order. And, postage time scales seen completly rubish and expensive for these days."
"Whether you like their products or not, once they have your address they will spam you forever no matter how many times you unsubscribe or who you speak to at Vistaprint.
You might be satisfied with them as a new customer, but wait until you see what they do with your information.
Letter to Vistaprint:
Date: Sat, Dec 10, 2011
After some quick research I now know the things you don't say.
Such as all the affiliate email addresses and re-directions.
Your spam program is spread out far and wide.
There seems little hope of ever getting our email addresses completely removed from these databases.
Your CSR's are conditioned to act as if they are really trying to help when they already know we will be spammed every day from now until eternity. They act as if they just resolved the spamming problem and claim credit for how "glad we were able to help you" and yet absolutely nothing ever changes.
For you employees of Vistaprint....be ashamed, think about the company you work for and live with your decisions.
I am seeking out EVERY review site I can find and will post my comments about Vistaprint accordingly. I can only hope I cost you a lot of business....Good luck.
Bottom Line, don't believe me or other reviewers, do your own research, these are just a few examples:

I've been unsubscribing for weeks with no luck. Spoke with one of your CSR's the other day and was assured my info was removed from your database, but the barrage continues. I understand spam and know that everyone gets spammed....but your company's daily assault is relentless to the point of harassment. In return I am seeking out EVERY review site I can find and will post my comments about Vistaprint accordingly. I can only hope I cost you a lot of business....Good luck."
"very unhappy....ordered $40 + goods...( total cost after postage $82+) pay Priority post....got 1 out of 6 items on that date...(all one gift to a friend)and needed delivery within 10days....the other goods are still coming...
and they won't answer my emails....NEVER will I deal with them again...and I will make sure no one I met will deal with them again....NOT HAPPY
"
"i ordered 500 cards and bout 40 stickers and i only recived half of my cards and i have tring to contact them about the order since this happened and 7months later i get a reply saying that its too late to do anything about it. free cards my ass its a scam, they have conned me out of £60"
"I received my business cards in the mail today and am horrified at their quality. I had uploaded a full-size CMYK .psd template, so there's no resolution issue or problem of quality on my end.
The colors were faded and bleeding, while the text was blurry and had red edges (?!) making it virtually unreadable from any realistic distance. I could have printed FAR better quality cards on my cheap Canon Pixma, on far better paper, for a third of the price. I wrongly assumed that a professional print company could print my cards better than me at home, apparently.
In addition, the cards came in a cheap bubble wrapped envelope, which allowed the corners of the cards arrive bent.
Shipping cost is also absurd."
"I love vistaprint. I have placed at least 10 orders with them. I always google to find the coupon discount that I'm specifically looking for (usually free uploads) and then search their drop down menu for what I can get free. I do order the slowest shipping which is around $6 and arrives in two to three weeks. I have been really impressed with all of their products except for the t-shirts where I had uploaded my own photo. It wasn't printed in the best colors. I did order another tshirt in one of their designs and my son loved it. It was the grill and I put my personal text on it saying Bar B Q master with his name. I also had a groupon for $10 for $60 worth of product. You always must read the fine print. If you use the groupon living social type discounts...it is the only discount and the coupon makes you use a specific location on the vistaprint website which will determine your prices...so..you will be paying full price...since the discount is found in the coupon itself. Still, I ordered 8 wall calendars with free uploads for my $10 groupon with $6 shipping. $16 for 8 personalized wall calendars. It was a great deal and all 8 people who received them..loved them.
The site isn't a scam but it does require being savvy and technically aware when using the site and coupons...otherwise..it could be an expensive bad experience."
"Consistently disappointed with this vendor. Once when an order was unacceptable it was reprinted at no charge but was worse than the original order. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. I go elsewhere now."
