"We decided to try VisaPrint for our latest batch of business cards due largely to the low price and other options (clothing, magnets, etc) available. The order arrived with a white line down the left side of what should have been a dark brown business card. No respectable printer would have let these go out the door. When we contacted them, they said it was OUR fault. They say they will fix them for another $2. What we received looks like was printed on an inkjet printer by a 10 year old. Crappy paper, poor color quality, and absolutely NO quality control.

The bottom line is that my business card is a reflection of my business. It doesn't matter how little I paid for a product if it just turns out to be scrap paper. We will never use VistaPrint again."

"This is an order for bank checks which never came. The VistaPrint Check Department cannot provide any tracking information. Worse yet, it doesn’t even know the address where they sent them! Anyone needing on-line check printing services should look to a more responsible vendor."

"I don't really have a problem with the quality of vistaprint's products, although I did receive some business cards with the top of the business name chopped off. My problem is that they offered a trial website for a month (which I did not take up) but proceeded to charge my account with £9.46 per month for it anyway. When I asked them to refund this as I hadn't requested the website function, I was told that the system does not allow refunds on websites !!!!!! WHAT A JOKE !! beware what you purchase from Vistaprint and ensure you keep an eye on your account for recurring charges from them!"

"I saw the TV commercial for Vista Print and thought i give them a try. In the beginning I was very impressed by the number of options I had to chose from. I only became anger when I got the email they sent confirming my order and notice they had added a magazine to my order without my permission. So I logged back into their site and read that the magazine was free but i would have to pay for shipping and handling for a item i didnt request. It made me so mad I call them and chewed the out and demanded they cancel my order. I told them for ever other product they said they ask if you want it or not....why wouldnt you continue that type of service for non printing items. The customer service lady said the magazine are through a third party. Today was the first and last day I will ever do business with this company again. On a positive note, I immediately got an email from Paypal saying I had been refunded by them....then a min later a email from Vista confirming my order had been cancelled."

"DO NOT ORDER DESIGNED T-SHIRTS FROM HERE! The printing is very faded and tacky. I also ordered a calendar which took me a long time to download the pics for, and they sent it to me starting in October of this year and only until September of next year. Who does that??? "I got an email for free business cards from them, went and clicked through, got an extra feature, and everything came out to $18 which was super cheap! After submitting payment, it directed me back to the site, where my bill said $27. I was really annoyed with the hidden fees! The online chat was unavailable, so I called, and found everything was automated. I thought I'd be directed to a representative but instead they just said to email them and they would be back to me in 2 days. I sent an email explaining how annoyed I was, and in less than an hour I received a refund for over what I had requested. I was very impressed with the promptness of the refund and how they went a little beyond what I had asked for the inconvenience. I'll be using them again, just make sure you don't get lost in the checkout!!!"

"If you want professional custom business cards, AVOIDE using Vistaprint! I spent almost two months trying to get my business cards printed correctly. The customer service started out great but steady declined as my cards continued to be printed incorrectly. Granted my order was replaced for free but it wasn't till the 3rd order that they were printed correctly. Vistaprint has absolutely no quality control, they just get the orders and push them right out. If you are looking for run of them mill cards are okay with talking to someone on India when you call in for help then this is the place for you! If you not, save yourself some time, money and the urge to bang your head against the wall and go with someone else."

"I bought the vistaprint voucher from a group buying website....which inc a photo album and a mug, i recieved the album in 3 days which is super fast, but once i open it...the quality was not as good as i thought. quite a disappointment.
Then i wait for very long time for the mug, it never come, then i called them 3 times, morning, afternoon and night, but no one actually pick up, so i send them an e-mail, they did not explain what happened to the mug i ordered, instead they said will send me an replacement mug, which take 9 days, urg!!!! well i dont have a choice here, so i have to accept it, even i wont be able to send it as a gift for my aunty's birthday. Well after 9 days, finally I got the mug today, omg!!! i just cant believed it!! the quality was bad, very bad, but of course might be my problem, due to the resolution of my photo, but guess what?! the mug was CRACKED!!!!!!! YES!!! CRACKED!!! after all these drama and u send me a cracked mug?! cant understand what are they doing!!!! so i am going to send it as a gift to my aunty or not?! just very very disappointed!!!
