"I have placed many orders through Vista print and am very happy with their service. I ordered promotional products from two other companies who had to verify my logo and other things before actual printing. I order from Vistaprint, who did the same verification, and received my order within the week. I received my order from Vistaprint a couple of weeks before the other companies actually shipped. In addition, there is no logo or setup fee with Vistaprint. And my logo and printing, on the products I ordered, turned out very nice! I have placed several orders with Vistaprint over the years, and will continue to use them. "
"I ordered 200 save the dates, and wedding brain got the best of me; I put 2018 instead of 2019. After an email to them, they’re sending me all 200 with the correct date for free! I couldn’t be happier. "
"I ordered pens with company info. on them. Basically I ordered a business card on an ink pen. When I received my pens they only had one line and logo engraved on them. They were completely missing 3 other lines of info. How do you send an order out with less than half the information on the product when it is specifically for advertising. Very very disappointed and will now be looking for another company to handle my business advertising needs! Do not use Vistaprint, unless you want halfway completed products!"

"Avoid Vistaprint. I ordered wedding map post cards which were guaranteed for a Friday delivery. Before ordering, I had called customer service just to be sure that the items would be delivered by Friday (using expedited shipping). "When you say that I will have them Friday, is there a 90% chance they will be there on Friday? 95% chance? 99% chance?" I asked the customer service person. "There is a 100% chance it will be there", the customer service person said. On Friday, the cards were SHIPPED, not delivered. Uggh! I called customer service, and the representative told me that the items were shipped from Windsor, Ontario (!) to San Diego, California by REGULAR UPS, even though I had paid $23.00 for expedited shipping. The person estimated that the items would arrive "on Tuesday or Wednesday". So frustrating!"
"My order got lost, because I moved and the post office didn't forward my order to my new address. After submitting a report through the USPS and receiving no communication for over a week, I reached out to Vistaprint. They noticed the same issue, that my order was lost by the post office. In less than 12 hours, they had a new order printing free of charge, and it mailed out to my current address within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. I'm so thankful for their amazing service and willingness to reprint my order free of charge... My order was not a cheap order either. Will always use them for any large print jobs I have. "
"I am very displeased with both the quality of the business cards I received from Vistaprint and the quality of the customer service in dealing with my issue. I had ordered cards that were dark grey on one side and light grey on the other with black print on both sides. This was a preexisting design offered on their website, and I did not change any of the colors. When I received the cards, the side that should have been dark grey (with my business name in black letters) was just solid black. I assumed there was a printing error and contacted Vistaprint to let them know. In their email reply they justified what had happened by telling me that it was not possible to print black on black. I have a problem with this because in the preview of my card before I placed the order, there was a subtle, but still distinct difference between the background color and the color of the letters. Besides all that, what matters in the end is that I ordered a design Vistaprint offers, and they were not able to produce the design. In the email, the representative said they would put a credit in my account and a new card design in my portfolio in case I wanted to place a new order, but when I called Vistaprint to discuss the issue further the representative on the phone informed me that a replacement order was already being processed.
I have already ordered business cards from a different company, and I do not plan to use Vistaprint in the future."
"I tried ordering business cards today (5/4/18). When I got to check out it asked me to create an account using my email address. I kept getting a message that my email address was invalid (don't know why...it's my email address!). I called customer service - the response I received was that because my name has 'spam' in it, they wouldn't allow me to create an account. Said that they have strict policy about 'spam' in the email address.\ and asked if I could create a new email so that I can place an order. No thank you! Well, they just lost a sale! For a large business, It's hard to believe that their IT department can't seem to fix this issue. Super disappointed!"
"I was lied to by about 8 different people. The first lady I talked to told me that I would get my items within five days because I was paying for express shipping. Lie. Then I was told the items were already in the bin and getting shipped. Another blatant lie. Two days later...Then I was told that there is a delay but they were going to air mail it express on them because they needed to get me the items timely. Lie. They sent to the carrier a day later and the items arrived after my corporate event. Days after my guaranteed date. With different reps all along lying about my order status. Disgraceful and despicable service. Don’t trust them."
"I have used VistaPrint several times and the last order was mis-printed (printing off center). I took a photo on my phone, sent it to them on a Sat. afternoon and by Sun. 4 PM the order had be reprinted and schedule to be shipped the following day. WOW, WOW, WOW ... it is awesome to work with a company that is so responsive when a problem occurs ... they are the best, the only company I could imagine every working with in the future. "
"Horrible company honestly. I used one of THEIR business card templates, they still messed up my order 3 TIMES. Then they offered to refund it but it's been on-going 2 weeks, I've contacted customer service a total of 6 times, and I have still not received said refund. The reason their prices are so low is because their product quality and customer service quality is just as low. Would recommend using a more reputable company for printing services, like Staples."
"I order some company embroidered logo polo shirts from VistaPrint. I ordered my correct size per their chart, that being the size I always wear. Sadly, they were too small. I emailed Vistaprint informing them of my concerns. By the afternoon of, The SAME DAY, I had two emails from them. One, apologizing that this happened, two, THEY EXPRESSED MAILED, the correct quantity and size BACK to me. Free of charge, no questions asked.
I planned to return or exchange the shirts. They told Me to keep them and dispose of them how & when I chose too. I am AMAZED!!

"Vistaprint is an automated shop that prints and ships automatically. That's how it's so cheap and so fast. This means that you get exactly what you order. You don't have sales reps making sure you're not submitting bad files (only bots), and you don't have qc checking every item that goes out for machine error.
Machine error happens, but it's very, very rare. The biggest problem is people being dumb, then, in their marvelous insight, being irrational when things go wrong.
I do marketing and have ordered countless items from Vistaprint. Like... a lot. Things have happened. I've messed up, mail people have messed up, Vistaprint has messed up. But every time I call in the service is immediate and they just naturally assume the fault is theirs and they replace the item for free.
They are freakin awesome and once you get the hang of their system going anywhere else makes 0 sense.

"Trying to purchase business cards from them, but they will not accept my email address as there are only 2 letters before the @. I run 3 business' and have 5 email accounts that all start with my 2 initials. I have NEVER had anyone not accept my email "for security purposes" This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered. "Vistaprint has been charging us sales taxes on all oders including shipping. First of all, no one charges taxes on shipping. Secondly, they are sending orders from all over including Canada. Therefore, being in NV, we should not pay sales tax. Their excuse is that they have a print shop in Reno. Except that the orders come from Canada or any other state, as shown on the shipping boxes. Unless they print and ship from Reno, no sales tax should be added, and certainly not on shipping. This is a money making scheme. I wonder if it is legal and if they are paying those taxes back to the corresponding states... huuum.... Anyway, as far as I am concerned, I am through with Vistaprint. Not mentioning the girl's attitude and lecturing tone that took my call. "
