VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I purchased 3 flags, one of which looks fine. When I tried to return the 2 flags (low quality, thin & flimsy) that don't fit properly on the frame, the representative (who did not introduce herself) spoke to me in a very derogatory and accusing manner. I agreed to pay the company's 15% restocking fee. I was even willing to purchase 2 other flags to replace the ones that wouldn't work for my business. When I asked for the return shipping label (as indicated on the original packaging directions for returns), she told me that I would have to pay for return shipping myself. Also, I was told that if the flags are not in the original packaging or looked "used" in any way, I would not receive credit towards my second purchase. By the end of our conversation, which turned out to be more like a heated debate, I decided to take my business elsewhere, and I advise all of you to do the same."
