"I'm super dissatisfied with the customer service. They don't answer the phone and there is no accountability of the shipping damage. Basically, they said "sorry, you shoulda checked, you can file a claim with the shipper" I tried and that was such a convoluted process, I chose to live with the damage.
The "not my problem" attitude is my problem with them mainly. The hydraulic table from Vestil is great though
