"Sure wish I'd seen this before I ordered from this company.

Long-story short -- very frustrating, b/c the anatomical charts that I ordered were exactly what I was looking for, and I can't seem to find them anywhere else. Was a little wary of the transaction from the start -- seemed to send me to PayPal, but then couldn't tell if the transaction went through. However, I immediately received a confirmation, so assumed all was well.

From what I've read here, sounds like it's a standardized confirmation; like others, I was told that delivery would be 4-6 days. Now 14 days later, and nothing. So I started checking my accounts to see if I'd been charged -- looks like I haven't been. Attempted to pay via PayPal and Discover, but neither shows the charge. Doesn't do anything to lessen my worry about what they might do with my account number at some point in the future.

Tried to call the company, but was sent to a voicemail for "Vehicle Loan Modifications." Left a message, but not expecting a callback. Pain in the rear. Should be a law that requires obsolete websites to be taken down ASAP.

"I, too, am a recent victim of this scam. I ordered $112 dollars worth of charts and paid the extra shipping. I have called and emailed as well. I opened a dispute with paypal. No response, no items, got confirmation email, the site does not recognize this email so I cannot log in, cannot leave voice mail cause messages are full. So, I will make a claim with the bank and hopefully get my money back. These were a gift and they didn't make it. It really sucks."

"I placed an order for a Brain Model with VisuMedical.com in November 2010. The total cost of the item, including shipping was $256.16. It is now mid January 2011 and the product has not yet arrived. VisuMedical did not responded to any of my E-mail or Voice-mail inquires. The on-line store appears to be active. However, I am now convinced that the company has either gone out of business or it is a scam.

I strongly recommend that you do not buy anything from this company"

Six (6) days went buy, so I decided to call them to find out the status of the order, no answer. For the next four (4) days, I tried to contact them several times, via e-mail and via phone, no answer.

"Ordered a soccer rebounder net for $300 from VisuMedical and spoke with the person who answers the phone, Brendon Mitchell, also apparently an author of how to drop ship products over the web. They charged my card but never shipped my product nor did they issue any credit. Their phones do not answer. If anyone else has had problems - please post! Patrick M."

"I ordered two anatomical charts. I did received an email confirmation from the company stating it was processed on Aug 28. However, to date, I have not received the charts. I have called several times, both from work and home, and have sent several emails. No response. Even their "chat room" is down. I am having my credit card company processing a dispute plus I am sending a formal complaint to the Kansas Dept of Consumer affairs."

"This company is a sham. I ordered several anatomical posters for my office on Aug 19, 2010 and was given an estimate of 5-7 business days. 7 days passed no posters. I called more than 6 times attempting to contact them, also sent emails all with no response. After 14+ days I contacted my credit card company and put a stop to the charge. Hopefully I will get the full refund and they will get shut down. Don't order anything from this company!!! you will never receive your product. "
