"First package was not shipped when they said they would ship it and then was lost. The replacement package, requested after I waited 2 weeks, was not shipped when they said they would ship it either and then they were out of stock of the original vitamin and shipped an alternative one. I will give Mike at VitaGlo credit that he told me that they were out of stock and offered the alternative that was made by the same company, but private labeled under a different brand name. He didn't just send the alternative without my permission. But the whole experience was rough and he/they were not communicating on their own without my bugging them."

"I placed an order for vitamins and after two weeks of not hearing anything, I emailed them. There was no response, so a week later I called. A man answered and when I explained the situation, he very quickly said that the order was canceled and I was not charged. I told him that no one had contacted me or responded to my email. He was very rude and hung up immediately. I called back and asked for a supervisor. His response was that he was the owner and I could not get him fired. He then hung up. Companies like that should not be able to do business on the Internet. "
"After placing order online, I received the confirmation which stated "Most orders ship within 24 business hours, and are delivered within 7-10 days via: UPS" Well, weeks went by with nothing. Emailing them, Mike immediately replied he will look into it. But he never did. Emailed him again, no response. Finally called him and would not even let me finish my sentence. Most unprofessional and flippant tone I have ever experienced. Not interested in having me provide a summary. Just cut me off twice saying 'zip code please'.

"For what is likely a one-man operation, not bad. Mike, the owner, is a nice guy, and should be judged favorably. At times it may seem that he is out to cheat a customer, but that is absolutely not the case. He is honest and very reasonable. I have ordered many times without any hesitations. For a stickler, this is may not be the place to order from. It occasionally happens that certain products are switched for other similar ones or are on back order and shipped out at a later date. Sometimes the back-ordered product is charged for before being shipped out and other times it is not. It is not a perfect system, but so what? At the end of it all, things always work out. It seems to me that he is at times overwhelmed, which is understandable. Customers simply need to accept that and have patience with him. "
"I placed an order with Vitaglo.com (Aka Discount Natural Foods. Received an order confirmation promptly. Over 3 weeks later, no updates at all. Email requests for order status went unanswered. Called the “customer service” number and asked for order status. I was asked for my zip code. When I went to explain the reason for my call, the person barked “stop talking”. I told him to “be nice” and he hung up the phone. I called back and asked why he barked at me and he told me he hates it when people keep talking when he is looking up orders. Not the person you want to assist you.
Anyway they never had the item in stock but I never got any updates stating that. The order was then cancelled. When I asked about the lack of communication, I was told “don’t know.

"I had called this company in the past looking for a specific protein shake and was told they didn't carry it and he was going to take it off the site. About a year later it is still on the site. I called this morning and was told we do not carry it anymore and I stated it is still on your site. He slammed the phone down. WHAAAAAAT???? Great customer service!!!!! "Ordered 6 bottles of a vitamin supplement totaling $148 and the company shipped an alternate product in a much smaller quantity and charged my credit card $37. VitaGlow ignored my emails, was rude and belligerent and hung up on my telephone calls. Eventually VitaGlo indicated they would send a return shipping label for me to return the incorrect product, but they did not. Very poor customer service. Avoid VitaGlo. They stole my $37 bucks and can't deliver what they promise."
