We ordered an item, they sent wrong item and says he will not pay for shipping charges on return! Also, he was very rude and hung up! Bad!

"We ordered stevia as advertised on their website, they shipped stevia of different make and when asked to replace, he was very rude and asked me to pay for return shipping! Also, he hung up with angry tone! Very rude and no customer service! "

Don't use truth in advertising

"I ordered what was pictured as the original Enzymatic Therapy DGL German Chocolate flavor. I was sent a totally different product. A refund was offered if I pay to ship the product back $15. I had already paid $10 shipping to get the mis-advertised product. Do not trust this company."

"All my experiences with Vitaglo.com have been exemplary. The prices are great as well as the orders arriving in less than a week. I have been using them for an excess of 15 years. When my son attended Syracuse Univ he went straight to them to make purchases. This is a family business and they appear to be extremely pleasant at all times. "

worse customer service, they post products and sell it but they actually carry it

"Try to place an order I called the number a woman answered the phone she sounded very depressed while she is talking a man grabbed the phone and shouted at me we" don't have it.!!!!" this company doesn't sound legitimate . They post products that they don't carry you buy the product pay but you don't get it. "

"Ordered some bubble bath and 6 days later I still had no tracking info, amd nithing under order status....not even processing or anything. I email them, and the ignore it. So I email them, this time being the petty a** I am and questioning their awful customer service. Then I find a phone number, so I call it. Im immediatly interrupted by the man child who answered who transferred me to a lady who definetly sounds like she hates her life, who "transfers" me back to man child after looking up my order and immediatly without even a "ma'am are you thete?" He rudely launched into how they cant get my stuff and my money is back in my account so I say "ok, why did you not notify me, and why fid you ignore my emails " and this **** wad hung up on me. Im disgusted, and ****. Theyll be recieving a call from me every day until I get bored with it.....which might be a while :)"

Do not order from this company

"I ordered two vitamin bottles two weeks ago. After a week after the order, I called the customer service and asked for the order status. The guy said he will find out and call me back. He never called me back. I had call the customer service everyday to find out the status. Each time, he said he will find out. Finally, the guy said it will be shipped out in few days. I thought it was already shipped out. I did not received the order yet as of today but the guy just emailed me the tracking number. Also, the shipping method is not what they advertised method. I thought all orders are shipped out by ups as described on their website. The tracking number is with USPS. Very untrustworthy company. I will not deal with them in future. "

Thieves

"I made an order on July 7, 2017. my account was debited a few days later from $ 134.
Three weeks later I had received nothing.
In September I relaunched them, they respond with "OK" or "we have not read this product, want to change with another"
I accepted all their variants and gave up, they kept the money and never sent anything away. We are the Decembre 26, 2017.They are THIEVES.

Horrible customer service. Borderline theives

"I ordered 2 small products and paid the high shipping rate. Then waited. Then waited. Then contacted customer service and while they said they would call me back, they didn't. I called again and nothing. Finally they said they would refund me as they didn't actually have the product. Stay AWAY! "

"I have been purchasing the same product for over 2 years. I buy every 45-60 days. I have always reieved my shipment within 4-5 days of payment. Packaging is excellent. Pricing is the best! "

Great price, great product. Not sure what all the negative reviews are for.

"Cheapest price for my favorite candy anywhere on the internet. The shipping is free when I buy in bulk and I have not had any issues. Their website is just OK but have not run into any serious issues. Just my experience to contrast with all the negative reviews."

Scam company needs to be shut down

"Ordered products from this company never received it. When I emailed it they told me to wait 10 days. After 10 days, nothing. Have already contacted my bank and they are investigating it. Unreal that companies like this are allowed to do this. "

CUSTOMER SERVICE HANGS-UP ON YOU

"STAY AWAY!! If they send you the wrong product you will have to pay for shipping to return it, AND they will deduct what it cost them to ship to ship the product to you from your refund. We bought a product that was inaccurately advertised on their website and received horrible customer service by being hung-up on twice. "

Grandpas pine tar

"I bought $100 of grandpa's pine tar soap from them to get the free shiping and I used paypal. They were the cheapest at the time. I had no issues and I got it with in 7 days."

Truly awful

"I made a purchase that never came, no shipping info ever appeared when I checked their website for my order. I waited 10 business days, contacted them, and got a response from Mike that he would check the next day and get back to me, and didn't. I gave him 2 days for benefit of the doubt and still didn't hear back. The next day I emailed again and said I needed an answer that day.

Rude, impersonal and unprofessional. I did get my refund but I was really worried I was scammed. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
