the not so good:
this time my order came on time, and even a litlle faster then i acepected but(!) about a year ago my order got stuck in the shop - they forgot to send it but charged my credit c. i waited for one month but still nothing came. i had to write several emails before they returned with a confirmation mail that finally my order came out. no apologies where givnen. i excepected some compansation but nothing, or at list to send it by fast UPS instead of the air mail with no extra charge so i can get my vitamins fast after waiting for so long. but nothing not even sorry.
second thing is the delievery cost for international mail, its too high. other vitamin online shops charge 75% less (4 $ instead of the 20$ charged by vitamin life)or even free delievery."

"Ordered quantity 4, received 2 on time and 2 were back ordered. Their email says the back ordered items usually come in 2-10 more business days and there is no additional shipping charge for shipping the back ordered items, so I assume I will receive them an the next couple of weeks."

"Order was processed promptly. Information regarding backordered items was provided, but my preference would have been to have waited it for the backorder and had it ship complete. This was not a major problem and I am unsure if there was an opportunity during the order process to mark, "Please hold for backorders and ship complete." I will look for something like that on my next order.

"I placed an order with the provider -VitaminLife online. I was pleased to see an option to use Paypal, but disappointed when the provider asked for plastic (credit/debit) to complete the purchase. I have stopped using plastic; that's why I have Paypal. So I went to Amazon and ordered the product. The next day I received an email from the provider saying the product was backordered. I replied that I'd found it at Amazon. I didn't realize that the provider was working through Amazon and everything got confused as I feared both companies were filling the order. I had to contact the provider 3 times. All 3 times their CSRs were super courteous, apologetic and good at clearing up the confusion. Shipping took longer than I anticipated, but I finally received and am pleased with the product. I would like the provider to find alternative packing options other than those pesky styrofoam "peanuts" that are hard on the environment. Overall, I am pleased and will order from this company again."
