"I have ordered from VitaminLife for many years and never had any problems at all!! The prices are great, shipping is very reasonable, and Customer Service is very nice and helpful. If you have a backorder it is very easy to check on it and if you can't get it in a reasonable length of time they will refund you rather than having you wait too long. I highly recommend VitaminLife!!! As a matter of fact, I've placed another order today! "

"My order went into The Void. Ten days later, with no merchandise to show for my order, there was no communication that my order had shipped or was out-of-stock. Granted, I was able to check the order status by visiting their website. However, their customer service is abysmal: they are impossible to reach by phone and do not answer e-mails. If your item is out-of-stock like mine was, with no way of contacting them, you'll have to wait 30 days until they decide to reimburse you. Be careful!!"

"I placed an order with this company which I have never received. I was charged twice, and although one of those charges was refunded, the rest of my money was kept, and after 4 emails, I have yet to receive a response or a refund.

I now consider that this company stole my money. Their servie is non-existant. Be warned.

"I ordered from vitaminlife.com mid Jan of 2008. I received half the shipment but more than a month later have never received the other half. I have called the company several times but never get anything but a recording and they never return my calls. I plan to disput the charge with my credit card company. "

"I placed order on 17 Oct. They sent an email that it was dispatched on 21 Oct. It was cheap international postage.

VitaminLife.com Order # 690139 international post office package [#1259101]

I waited for a month and asked them about my order. They answered it was sent and should be delivered and because it was cheap international postage they were not reposible for its delivery.

I asked them about this postage info like tracking No or something like this. They had no any info information about their delivery. They didn't wont to refund as well and suggested to wait a little bit because it could be found.

Now when almost 3 month were over I asked them to refund my money again. There was no any replies from them. Just waiting and thinking not to buy things on their site.

"I purchased something from here. After 5 days I emailed them for a status of shipping.

They responded within a day saying that it was on backorder and that if I didn't receive it within 10 days then the manufacturer was probably out of stock.

I then called them to cancel the order and the agent on the other line was friendly, prompt and gave me no problems to cancel. She said it would be refunded to my bank account within 2-4 days and I would receive an email.

"Never received order after 1 month. After contacting the seller they claimed for some reason my items didn't come in from the producer. They claimed that my money would be refunded if they still couldn't ship after 30 days, but I am still waiting for this refund. "

"They took the order and my money, and then two days later I receive an e-mail saying that it is out of stock. When I called to cancel the order, I encountered a rude and combative CS rep (Aubrey).

When I made the point that they should not take money for items that they do not have in stock, she said that they charge right away and not when shipping to not "confuse customers." Then she stated that they never claim something is in stock when it isn't but they do not have real time inventory. When I pointed out the contradiction, she said that listing the item for sale does not imply that it is in stock. Apparently listing something for sale, not saying that it is -not- real time inventory, and taking money for it is not implying that it is in stock.

Stay away - I am never buying from them again.
