The one downside: my shipment had a tracking number (a plus), but the link for it in the "shipment sent" email didn't work (the href just had the number, not a full URL). The email also didn't say which carrier was used, so I couldn't copy & paste the tracking number myself. Not a big deal. Hopefully this minor misstep will be fixed soon.
