"I will not buy from you again. After many orders, I just can't order chocolate from you since you ship it without 'cold packs' and it arrives all melted inside the package. You shouldn't sell chocolate unless you can ship it properly.
You expect the customer to pay $16 extra to get their product in one day. A cold pack should only cost a customer $3.
Scraping my chocolate off the wrapper with a spoon is not exactly a fun way to eat it. No more for me. (Box wasn't even marked 'perishable' and UPS leaves it on your porch without even a knock. Done."
