"My experience could not be more negative. The order came to the wrong address, 2 weeks too late; I was charged an extra $6.17 in additional postage to receive it, and it did not contain the main item I had wanted. (No apology or explanation for this was offered). They were unhelpful in replies to my several emails about where the order was, ultimately giving me a toll-free national number for the Post Office (despite shipping via UPS) and repeatedly claimed once it left their site they were not responsible for it. No compensation for my trouble (trying to track it down) or the extra cost to me was offered. After paying extra to get what I no longer needed, I had to write them once again to get refunded for what they didn't include. Disgust! Don't do business with Vitamins.org."
