"Sadly I am limited as to what I can write.
1) The business owner is either not that business savvy or simply a bad planner
2) His kickstarter promises (mostly) did not happen. Too many changes, colors not available as stated. Major delays in updates.
3) Very poor communication skills.
4) Expected everybody to pay for shipping when it was included in the first place.
5) Avoids direct communication
6) No refunds allowed

Its been over 2.5 years and well plenty of us still waiting on our order.

I do not recommend doing any form of business from the owner Mattie Ventura. Ace Ventura would be a far safer bet.

This owner does not take accountability for his business. Honestly in my business ... there is no such thing as "its not my department". Clearly this guy is disconnected from good business sense.

Many have asked for an update to his financial situation in regards to receiving their purchase ... he has ZERO forecast. You can not do business in a world with no plans.
