"Signs were damaged obviously by courier. Due to covid we were unable to get down to check the signs for over a month unfortunately.
When we did notify Vivads several times, all they could say was too late sorry. I called over 5 times and asked for the owner of the business to call and they said they will arrange it, but has never happened.
I would have been happy if they said okay, we will send new signs but let's work out a price ie. you pay courier fee. Would have liked the reasonable conversation."
