"Received a order of 2 top hats an 2 springs last Thursday. Had ordered 4 extended top hats for a 98 civic.. after submitting a claim. Waited 3 business days. Called an was informed the return hasn't been submitted an what I had originally ordered couldn't be processed until I returned what I received.. I can't return it until I get the return label an instructions.. looking on the website it has 5 items listed under the same part # so I understand if the wrong part was sent . I'm trying to resolve this problem with what seems as I'm getting the run around. "
