"I have purchased from Vivid multiple times now. I always have a great experience with them. I worked with Katie Pajestka this time, and she was over the top helpful, and quick to respond to any question I had. She is exceptional at her job and should be recognized for her work. The only negative thing about the experience is that the roll cage showed up the wrong color, and took several weeks later than the initial projected ETA. This is not at the fault of vivid, but of Cusco. The issue now is that I must pay to have the cage sand blasted, and then re painted the proper color which is 600.00. Again, this is not the fault of vivid, but the fault of Cusco. "

of delayed delivery of product and I changed my shipping status from two day expeditated to regular mail. I was told I would be receiving a refund of $55.55 to my charged credit card account, BUT SO FAR NOTHING. I cannot seem to get an estimated shipping date for my order. MAYBE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP.

"If you sell a kit. Make sure you sell everything with it. Like when I bought mine. I had to go to the auto parts store and buy unions to join the lines together. It would have been nice if the unions were with the kit. So I didn't have an extra expense. I don't like how the payment system works. It looks like your pulling the money out of my account twice.
