"I ordered a handbag off the website and received a confirmation email. A week later, I had never received any kind of shipping confirmation (nor did I receive the product).
Just as I was getting ready to call Customer Service, Vixity's Customer Service called ME to say that the bag had been discontinued and they did not have any alternatives. I asked why it took 7 days to let me know that my order could not be processed and the rep said they had just found out TODAY that the order could not be fulfilled.
I'm not sure why it took them a week to even PREPARE my order for shipment. Moreover, I notice that the bag is STILL listed on their website as available (how about removing that?). In addition, they allegedly DO have a suitable alternative: there is a new version of the same bag available (although it's $100 more). I was not even offered this bag as a replacement (even if it couldn't be offered for the same price).
I will NEVER shop here, again."
