"WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I had an issue with receiving the wrong items and emailed them. They bluntly said it was basically my problem. Stopped answering emails. I called customer support to talk about it. I told them I had an issue and my order number and got put on hold. They never got back on the line and now will not even answer my calls. Because they say it is my mistake I will add: If it was a mistake with a deceiving or incomplete item description or even a mistake on my part. This is not about the order or item. This review is because they are COMPLETELY UNWILLING to talk to resolve an issue. They do not deserve the 1 star I have to give them. There is no way they have repeat customers. TERRIBLE!
