"Ordered a iPPBX system, gateways, and voip phones. Late that same day I receive an email from them stating that the iPPBX system I ordered was not carried anymore and if I would like to continue the order minus that item. I thought that was very strange but replied yes anyways. The next day I check my email and saw nothing from them so I check their website, the order show that the item in questions was adjusted to $0 but not deleted. The shipping charge was NOT adjusted, a difference of about $10, not a big deal for at the time. Three days later I receive an email from VoipDW.com stating that the order was put on hold due to the shipping address not being on file. Confused on who VoipDW.com was I called the number in the email, they said that they were the parent company and they would handle the order, which they had put on hold. I've had the credit card for 9 years and had no problems before, called the credit card, charge had cleared and addresses were all in order. Called VoipDW, transferred me twice then told me they would call me back. Later they called me back stating that it was 'company policy' not to except orders from new customers when the shipping address wasn't the billing or on file. Gave him the phone number of the credit card, he said it didn't matter and it was policy, I replied that it was their loss and to go ahead and cancel the order.
I order about 30 complete systems a year, tried VoIPVAD because my regular supplier was out of stock. Will NEVER again order from VoIPVAD or VoIP DW."
