"Our High School Volleyball team does a charity event every October for Breast Cancer called Dig Pink. It raises funds for the Side Out Foundation. I contacted Volleyball USA about ordering a pink net for the event for our company to donate. They were very helpful and brought out that a pink net would be against regulations and could cause our team to forfeit. Our Coach requested an exemption for the pink net and was denied. Volleyball USA helped us design a regulations net that was perfect for the event. Since we couldn't have a pink net, I decided to see about doing Pink Pads with the Dig Pink logo to match the net. They once again stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. We had a short timeframe and being in Alaska made shipping a challenge. We got the pads and net with plenty of time to spare. I have recommended Volleyball USA to several people in the past and will continue to use and recommend them in the future. They are an outstanding company to deal with and extremely generous."

"After a little bit of a miscommunication about my order shipping when it actually had not due to parts they were waiting on, the company ended up tweaking my volleyball system slightly so that it could ship out tomorrow and they threw in an upgrade which is very much appreciated. "We have been looking forward to our poles arriving since the order was placed 9/24 with advised lead times of 2 weeks, we told Volleyball USA we needed the poles no later than 10/12, they said it should be a 2 week turn around, today it is 11/15 and our poles still have not shipped. My husband calls VolleyballUSA every Monday and Friday for the last month and always receives the same update, "any day now." Finally we received an update last week after he called that "These will ship out tomorrow" on 11/10 and arrive by 11/17, so we scheduled labor accordingly, we called today 11/15 and THEY STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED even though they have the poles on hand. Volleyball USA communicated to us this is not their fault and they would not offer a discount or do anything to make this right, they also refused to expedite the shipping. Please hold yourselves to a higher customer service standard and do your part to make this right for you customer."

"Completely disappointed with how they handled our order. When we ordered, AND THE ONLY REASON WHY WE ORDERED, was we were told we would have our product within 3 weeks. The sales person admitted he told us that even though we won't get it until 5 weeks after we ordered. There goes our plans for our scheduled volleyball party!
