"They are cheap desperate crooks. I contacted customer service and was instructed to return item and I would have to pay return postage. I paid return shipping, supplied copy of USPS receipt and they deducted that amount from my refund. They shorted me the return postage claiming that they paid it. They actually refunded the difference after deducting return postage from my money. After numerous emails they never did refund my return postage or respond back.
Be careful if returning an item back to them. You've been warned."
