"I order chains from this website which clearly stated they would fit for my vehicle. They did not fit. I wanted to return the item but they said I would have to pay for the shipping. Does it seem fair for me to pay for their mistake? I explained the situation to them and they sent me the same exact email 3 times in a row. It was like they didn't even read my emails. I will never buy anything else from this company and I would advise you to do the same.
