"This site has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a design tumbler as a gift for my daughter and the design started peeling off after two weeks of use, with hand washing. I expected to receive an apology and an offer of a full refund. Instead, they refused to give me a refund or even store credit. Do not buy anything from this store."
"On November 3rd of this year, I ordered three items. One of the items came pretty quickly, but I am still waiting on the other two items....over a month and a half later. I have contacted the WB store twice, and they have told me both times that they contacted the vendor, and that my order would ship soon. The first email that I sent them concerning this matter, they said that my order would be shipping out that week...and its two weeks later!!!
I have specified that if I didn't receive this in a certain period of time, I would like a refund. They will not take my money, and then not deliever the goods. If my order is delayed, that is ok. However, I have no communication whatsoever from them, except when I emailed them."

"I ordered a box set 12/14 with the guarantee it would be delivered by 12/24. Not only was it not received in time for christmas, it didnt ship until 1/5. The best part is on the day it was to be delivered the company had UPS turn around my shipment. I never received my package. Do not buy from them, if you have take your claims to your credit card company. Customer service wont respond."
"Bought a Joker statue for my daughter, and she received same thing from someone else. I ordered on 12/15 and was told when I tried to return that all sales after 12/3 were final. No refund, no exchange possible. Terrible customer service, basically told me "Oh well, it said on the website". "I made a purchase for an item on 05/01/20. It was scheduled to ship on 05/14/20. It’s now 06/18/20 and no update on my order. I’ve contacted customer service with no response and calling just leaves me on hold. My money was taken the exact day of my purchase. I wish there was a way to put a stop to this."
"I ordered the “IT” board game from wbshop.com I accidentally placed my order twice, I called and that got fixed. My order arrived when it said it would and was brand new in a he shrink wrap. I don’t know what’s with all the bad reviews, maybe I was just lucky, but I had a good experience. The only thing I’d warn about is that I had to wait on hold almost an hour to talk to someone."
"Purchased and item on 11/30 and received an empty box on 12/10, contacted the company via email and phone several times and was told they had escalated the issue but they never did, i had to call twice after the first complaint, on 12/10 and both times they had no clue with what was going on. I also emailed several times in which none of my emails ever got a reply... so today is 11/22/19 and I've been on hold for 30min.. and i'm trying to cancel this order and get a refund. **** communication, lack of follow ups, issues with warehouse. "I ordered some Qfigs for my granddaughter on Nov. 2018. They had shipped all items except one. I called them and asked about the item and was told it was on back order and as soon as they had it in stock, they'd ship it. Today is July 7th, 2019 and still no item. I decided to call them and check on the status of the item. When I spoke to a customer rep., she informed me it was discontinued and the only thing they could do was refund the money for the item. So, I asked to speak to a Supervisor. Ms. Lorraine Manzano got on the line and informed me that all they could do was refund me. She didn't even bother considering asking how they could recompense me for the long wait and the lack of communication about the status of the item. She then offers to refund me the shipping and the price of the item. Woohoo! I was elated...NOT! Not being satisfied I asked to speak to a Manager but she says she is the only one I could speak to and there is no Manager. What gets me is that they didn't even think of how long my granddaughter has waited for her Christmas gift and didn't bother to offer me a substitution, at least, for the inconvenience. You would think that this being the WB they would have the decency to repair the damage done and represent their name. Instead they tarnished it at least in my eyes. I will never buy from the WB Shop and I hope you all think about it twice before shopping with them. If I could give them less than a star, I definitely would!"
"I have pre-order a funko pop in October on the website it said it was suppose to be ship by May 4th not it's June 24th and I still didn't get it. When I emailed what is going on they told me June 10 now June 26. I going to fan fest in NJ and the actor was suppose to be there I wanted it signed by him guess that won't happen now.
It was so easy to take my money out of the debit card but when you want your item it takes 2 month after it was suppose to be delivered to you. "
"Pre-ordered a funko pop in October, 2018; was supposed to be guarrentted shipment by May 4, 2019 (received email confirmation). By May 13, was told it wouldn't be shipped out til manufacturer sent them the item. We cancelled order(received email confirmation). Since it was past the six month limit for refunds, no refund was processed. Had to call to inquire about refund. was on hold over one hour for manual refund to be processed; still on hold. They could have emailed to let me know about refund or issued a manual refund at time of cancellation. Very poor customer service. "
"There is no communication between their so-called customer service and the warehouse that ship their products. They provide tracking numbers via DHL that simply do not work. If as a customer you persist in asking their customer service why you have been charged immediately for your purchase but your order has not shipped for 6 days they will not respond to your concerns. If and when they get around to shipping your order you will not be able to locate your shipment because the tracking number provided does not work. In the end you run the very real risk of having to file a payment dispute with your credit card company. In the year 2019 when most on-line shopping has embraced the model fashioned by Amazon.com, the WBshop.com is a dinosaur deserving to be rendered extinct. "
